Is the free plan really free?
Yes. Clubs with up to 15 students run on Mnemon free, card payments included, with no card details to enter — you upgrade when your club needs more.
Do you take a cut of my payments?
No. Tuition, shop and event payments go straight to your own Stripe account, and we take no commission.
Is there VAT on top of the plan price?
No. Mnemon is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added to the prices shown.
We are a federation with member clubs. How does that work?
An Organisation plan includes your own club — unlimited students, every feature — and links as many member clubs as you like. Member clubs join free, invited by you or applying themselves, and each keeps its own plan, including the free one. You decide what to charge them for membership, gradings or merchandise; we take none of it.
We already have members in a spreadsheet. Now what?
